I placed an order on tuesday & a week later still heard nothing from them. When I rang I spoke to a fairly unhelpful American sounding woman who told me they were waiting for stock of 1 of my items. When I suggested it would be nice for them to email & say it was going to be delayed for those reasons she quite rudely said "well you can cancel if you want".

Service was very good but very disappointed by the gift wrapping. A clear plastic bag. Not quite what I had in mind. Also as I bought a bottle of whiskey I had thought it would come in a box. Improve this area and then service would be excellent. Read Full Review »

I received my order confirmation Wed 26th April but the goods were not received until May 12th at 1810 hrs, 16 days later. This transaction obviously involved a carrier so the fault may not lie entirely with the vendor.Customer support was not brilliant either. Read Full Review »

Very pleased with the price of goods ordered and the shipping costs.
Having ordered on a Sunday it was nice to receive an email stating that the goods will be delivered on Tuesday.
