Ordered item on line, order confirmation sent, money taken from credit card straight away, product longer available. email sent no longer available, will refund card (but not on this months credit card statement) no offer of a suitable replacement. so no product, money taken from credit card no refunded, no offer of an alternative product, subsequently concluding any further purchases from myself from their company
