Don t know about the merchant - whether

Don t know about the merchant - whether it wastheir fault or the carrier - but there was the facility ro specify delivery instructions, which I did, and then the instructions were ignored (probably because they were printed sp small and so faint that it was very difficult to spot them let alone read them on the label.
