Purely Gadgets

Horrendous shopping experience, never again! Camera developed a fault, which Sony agreed would be covered uinder warranty but to send it to Purely gadgets 1st- did this. After 2 weeks, Purely G said they would not cover it under their warranty &to contact Sony. Their quote for repair was more than the cost of a new camera!!! This camera has never been travelling or been exposed to any real wear/tear! I told them to return it to me. Its been 5 weeks now, and I'm still waiting to get back a camera they haven't even repaired. They also cannot tell me what's wrong with it- they can only tell me what's wrong if I pay for the repair! They say I should have had it back this week, but seems they have posted it to the wrong address. I phoned up in frustration to speak to the person I've dealt with so far to get things resolved and was told I can only email her. In the meantime, my son learnt to walk 2w ago and we've missed it all. Wouldn't even buy a memory stick from these people
