It was a week before my dream holidays I

It was a week before my dream holidays I was waiting for over a year. I was going to do scuba diving course and I needed case for my digital camera so I can dive and take pictures. I've ordered one from them. I had 7 days to go, on their website it says 2-5 working days delivery time. I've checked the stock - yes, they have it - so I paid for the item (Saturday). I had to chase them everyday asking why the order has the status "processing" all the time, why they didn't send it yet and asking if everything is ok. I was calling them about 5 times, almost everyday writing emails etc. They said they're preparing invoice and that everything is ok with my order. I was realy suprised how automated invoice can be "prepared" for so many days. Yesterday (Thursday) I wend to sony shop to buy the product just in case, I had strong feeling they are not going to deliver it on time. I was right, today (Friday) i recieved email that they cannot deliver it on time cos the item was faulty. LIARS!!! Do NOT trust them, I knew from begin something was wrong and they probably didn't have it in stock. I asked them today for refund, I also said I will report them to trading standards if they will not do it in 3 days (like they say on the website).
I swear, I hate them, I will never recomend this shop to anyone. How they can run a business like that??? It's not about the refund this time, for me it was to have perfect holidays or not :(
