i ordered sony camcorder from this

i ordered sony camcorder from this store. i did get this in 1 weeks time but i was sent a used camera probably a return. it had signs of wear on it, box and seal were broken, time and date was already set on the camera. Although i did get my money back but after paying £799 one does not expect a used item to be sent. BE CAREFUL WHILE ORDERING WITH THIS STORE.
