Do not use this store. Their aftersales

Do not use this store. Their aftersales service is appalling. I bought a Sony Camera. I found that the battery charger power cable was missing and immediately E mailed the company requesting urgent action as I could not use the camera. They ignored my E mail. On following up with their aftersales department they said that there had been a technical hitch and the E mail had been overlooked. Needless to say I am still waiting for the lead.
