Ordered the d40x (nikon) recevied the

Ordered the d40x (nikon) recevied the d40 (how sly as it was the older model). Returned it, told i will get the new one in 2 days, 3 days later i call them, no in stock. They then refund the money to me without my authorisation. They dont have any manaagers to speak to , i must have called 10 times. Totally useless staff and a company that have not heard of customer service. I will be taking action against them.
