Very slow delivery (when you call, they point out the T&C's). I had checked the stock the ordered on the phone after a delivery was promised by Friday 3 July, before my travel. Failed to deliver. Horrendous shopping experience, never again! Camera developed a fault, which Sony agreed would be covered uinder warranty but to send it to Purely gadgets 1st- did this. After 2 weeks, Purely G said they would not cover it under their warranty &to contact Sony. Their quote for repair was more than the cost of a new camera!!! I ordered a Sony Cyber-shot digital Camera from Purely Gadgets in July 2007. After 11 months it developed a fault. I returned it to Purely Gadgets as my camera was covered by their 18 month guarantee.

i ordered sony camcorder from this store. i did get this in 1 weeks time but i was sent a used camera probably a return. it had signs of wear on it, box and seal were broken, time and date was already set on the camera. Although i did get my money back but after paying £799 one does not expect a used item to be sent. BE CAREFUL WHILE ORDERING WITH THIS STORE. Read Full Review »

Purely Gadgets is a company I will never use again. I ordered a Nikon rechargeable battery from them. They sent me a £300+ digital waterproof camera by mistake. Do not use this store. Their aftersales service is appalling. I bought a Sony Camera. I found that the battery charger power cable was missing and immediately E mailed the company requesting urgent action as I could not use the camera. They ignored my E mail.
