Ordering was fine. Had a problem with

Ordering was fine. Had a problem with delivery. Paid to have two appliances taken away but due to mistake by kitchenscience only one appliance removal order was given to the delivery company who refused to take the second item away. Subsequent call to kitchen science who have refunded the removal charge and left us to remove the item on our own. Very poor customer service. Would NOT recommend.
