Stainless steel Neff double oven ordered - Kitchen Science were the cheapest on line. Order confirmed by email at time of ordering and next day I was advised of delivery date. I received a text message reminder the day before delivery, followed by a phone call on the day giving a more accurate delivery time slot. It was delivered on time and the goods were perfect. I would not hesitate to use Kitchen Science again. Very efficient service. The oven looks very stylish, finger marks do show on stainless steel but I was advised to use an e-cloth, which polishes off the marks. The doors are removable to assist with installation and cleaning. It is easy to see into the oven with the large viewing panels in the doors and the good lighting in the oven. The grilling area is large with a grill pan much larger than old style ovens. The oven is very well made and a good buy, especially at Kitchen Science prices!
