we ordered an oven and hob, totalling

we ordered an oven and hob, totalling more than £800 and firstly didnt receive a delivery date, just within 10 working days. took 2 phone calls to get a date.
now items have arrived, the hob is damaged and as not reported imediatley, they will not replace or refund us, it took a week of phone calls, to get an answer. at the end of phone call, the duty manager hung up on me!!! dont touch this company!!
