    Ordering was fine. Had a problem with delivery. Paid to have two appliances taken away but due to mistake by kitchenscience only one appliance removal order was given to the delivery company who refused to take the second item away. Subsequent call to kitchen science who have refunded the removal charge and left us to remove the item on our own. Very poor customer service. Would NOT recommend. Read Full Review »

    They use "Expert Logistics" as their deliverers, who were appalling from start to finish. They will not deliver to anywhere with restricted parking outside - this includes much of London. When I asked why they replied "I wouldn't know - I don't live in London". We wasted hours of phone time dealing with this. I couldn't possibly recommend to anyone - they couldn't have cared less.     The small saving in cost in comparison with other vendors does not make up for the poor service I have received.

    Delivery date communicated efficiently and clearly so I waited patiently from 7am till 5.30pm before checking the goods would arrive by the latest 7pm delivery timeline.

    we ordered an oven and hob, totalling more than £800 and firstly didnt receive a delivery date, just within 10 working days. took 2 phone calls to get a date.
