Prices quoted were by far and away the best. Ordered a Panasonic Plasma TV on the Tuesday and it was delivered 9.00am Friday. Staff at the other end of the phone couldn't do enough to help. Excellent service. Would definitely recommend the store Read Full Review »

Ordered a LCD TV that was offered on their web site with a free DVD recorder, first they tried to deliver it without confirming a time with me, then when it was delivered there was no DVD recorder, rang their support who said the offer had ended at the end of June, ended up leaving 4 messages for the manager to call me as they would not put me thru to him, each time having to ... This store consistantly had one of the most competitive prices on a Sony Bravia LCD Tv. Ordering was simple and straight forward. Delivery was on time and in good condition. I ordered an LCD TV. On two occasions I rang to enquire about delivery and was told it would be next week and they would call me. Nothing happened. On the third time I called I was told that the product had never been in stock and the web-site should have been updated long ago. I called the store to check that my item was available. A curteous man told me that it was. I asked for quick delivery, although in the run up to Christmas I wasn't expecting much. The item arrived the next day. Ordering was not web based, but over the phone with a credit card. I followed it up with a fax confirmation, which worked smoothly but was lo-tech. Read Full Review »

Take stock availability with a large

Take stock availability with a large pinch of salt.I rung up to check item was in stock, they said it was not although there website said it was in stock, They just said the price comparison site was not up to date.
