Awful, awful, awful. Ordered a LCD TV

Awful, awful, awful. Ordered a LCD TV that was offered on their web site with a free DVD recorder, first they tried to deliver it without confirming a time with me, then when it was delivered there was no DVD recorder, rang their support who said the offer had ended at the end of June, ended up leaving 4 messages for the manager to call me as they would not put me thru to him, each time having to leave my number again, on my 3rd call they even pretended to speak to the manager but when I asked to be put thru he stuttered around then said he was out of the office and they had called him. Never got to speak to the manager and their final friendly advise was, ‘take us to trading standards you aren't getting anything'
