I called the store to check that my item

I called the store to check that my item was available. A curteous man told me that it was. I asked for quick delivery, although in the run up to Christmas I wasn't expecting much. The item arrived the next day. Ordering was not web based, but over the phone with a credit card. I followed it up with a fax confirmation, which worked smoothly but was lo-tech.
