Ordering & delivery fine but the TV we

Ordering & delivery fine but the TV we ordered was faulty and this is when the problems began.
They seemed very reluctant to accept a return and said if they did not deem item faulty we would only get a 75% refund. Took over 20 phone calls to resolve the matter, we finally got a refund (minus a £40 return delivery charge) some three weeks after the TV was returned to them. Shocking customer service. Beware!!!
