Tried to order a new TV so it could be

Tried to order a new TV so it could be delivered when I would be in my flat. Order got declined, was told it was declined due to my credit card address not being correct. it was correct and Digitech had taken the money, spent hours on the phone with credit card company and digitech and digitech have my money but my order is declined and was told money would not be credited back to my account for 2-3 working days. This felt like a scam and the people at Digitech were rude, I'm now without a TV until my card is re-credited. Do not use them!
