They would not honour the price they

They would not honour the price they quoted me on the phone nor the price advertised on their website.I called to confirm the availablity of an LCD TV that they had advertised at the most compettive price. I asked how much it would be if I came to pick it up and was told an exact price that was the same as the price quoted here on Kelkoo. When I arrived in the store and asked if they had the TV I was told they did but the price had changed. But I had not mentioned any price. I was told the best price they could do was £30 higher than the one I was told on the phone. I was told that because I did not have the name of the person who gave the price they would not honour it. Everyone in the store denied having quoted me any price. They even suggested I must have called another Digitech store as there were so many stores called Digitech. I felt I was being lied to. It felt like they had got me there with a low price they never intended honouring. They denied quoting me a price and yet the first thing they said to me in store was "The price has changed." If they had not quoted me a price how could the price have changed?
