I phoned first to confirm availability

I phoned first to confirm availability and the Pioneer dr530h DVD recocorder was in stock.The order was then placed on line and was delivered 2 days later as promised. I also ordered a Scart lead which did not arrive with the order, so a quick call to digitech and it was posted the same day with appologies. ***** BRILLIANT SERVICE *****
