Ordering & delivery fine but the TV we ordered was faulty and this is when the problems began.
They seemed very reluctant to accept a return and said if they did not deem item faulty we would only get a 75% refund. Took over 20 phone calls to resolve the matter, we finally got a refund (minus a £40 return delivery charge) some three weeks after the TV was returned to them. Shocking customer servic... we ordered a camcorder on bank holiday

we ordered a camcorder on bank holiday sunday at 3pm
one hour later we received a phone call saying it would be with us next day {this being a bank holiday we thought it was a mistake}.
Monday morning another phone call to say it would be with us between 11am and noon sure enough it was. 20HRS FROM START TO FINISH AND £100 CHEAPER THAN THE HIGH STREET. I have never had such a quick service before... Read Full Review »
