Although I ordered the DVD, it did not arrive. It did not tell me it was out of stock on the website and then I got no e-mail to confirm out of stock and that it was not available. All I got was a mail confirmation indicating that they could not fulfill the order. Hence I had to re-order from another source at a higher price. Read Full Review »

Ordered my item 22/12/05 which was in stock, have still not received my item. Have emailed Selections to which I received an automated reply saying they will contact me shortly, but have not heard from them since then, and that was 3 days ago. Having ordered from other internet companies, this is by far the worst customer care I have received. Still waiting!!! Read Full Review »

Purchased a plant house, was a little

Purchased a plant house, was a little time in coming because out of stock but the consumer help desk was helpful. Would have been better if they despatched in an outer box as the retail box came damaged and had a huge sticker of what the item was, thus rather ruining the surprise as a present. The Jan discount influenced me, without it I would probably stick to a website I know. Read Full Review »

I would hesitate to recommend you because of the length of time that it takes for you to deliver. Also, you send out this sort of thing BEFORE the item that I have ordered has arrived and when I am beginning to get quite angry about its non delivery. Read Full Review »
