Although I ordered the DVD, it did not

Although I ordered the DVD, it did not arrive. It did not tell me it was out of stock on the website and then I got no e-mail to confirm out of stock and that it was not available. All I got was a mail confirmation indicating that they could not fulfill the order. Hence I had to re-order from another source at a higher price.
