Ordered my item 22/12/05 which was in

Ordered my item 22/12/05 which was in stock, have still not received my item. Have emailed Selections to which I received an automated reply saying they will contact me shortly, but have not heard from them since then, and that was 3 days ago. Having ordered from other internet companies, this is by far the worst customer care I have received. Still waiting!!!
