I ordered 2 x boxed sets of CDs as

I ordered 2 x boxed sets of CDs as Christmas presents and said so in the comments box on their order form. In spite of asking if they would be delivered in time for Christmas they did not contact me. One set arrived on Friday so I e-mailed to ask if the other set would arrive and asked if it was possible to cancel if it would not arrive for Christmas as I had to make alternative arrangements. To date I have not had any word from them. I appreciate that it may be a busy time for them but I have had to spend more money for an alternative gift when they could have told me of the availability of the CDs earlier.
