Salonskincare is terrible when a problem arises. I have ordered a christmas gift set and 2 items were missing from the gift set. I wrote 4 e-mails to them and called quite a few times but it was useless. They don't answer the phones and option 1 was to place an order by phone but when you choose that option, it tells you that they do not accept orders over the phone, so what was the point of having that option there? Its a waste of money as the number is 0870 and no customer services to answer your calls. I then wrote them 2 emails on that day, no reply then I resent it after 3 days still no reply so sent another one but 8 days later still no reply. I would have thought a big company like this, they would try and resolve the problem with their customers but it doesn't seem that they care about the customer at all as long as they have had a sale. Giving them a little credit, their products are very good for value, with better customer care, it would have been even better!! I say no to recommend store as you can't guarantee that everything you buy will be problem free and if there was a prob? As I got first hand experience I don't think I will order from them again as next time it might not be just a little problem!
