They are stocking the entire line of my favourite brands and the buying process is very convenient. I once had a technical query about checking out: This was promptly resolved within just a couple of hours.

Salonskincare is terrible when a problem

Salonskincare is terrible when a problem arises. I have ordered a christmas gift set and 2 items were missing from the gift set. I wrote 4 e-mails to them and called quite a few times but it was useless. They don't answer the phones and option 1 was to place an order by phone but when you choose that option, it tells you that they do not accept orders over the phone, so what was the point ... If you purchase anything from this company make sure you test everything carefully on receipt, e.g. the top of any hair spray, defrizzer etc. as if you later find the dispensers don't work so you are unable to use the product - you may find you are not entitled to a refund. I have just paid £18 for one can of defrizzer as the second had a faulty top but apparently I'm not entitled to a ref... Read Full Review »
