I'm a true believer that ‘you only truly

I'm a true believer that ‘you only truly find out how good a company is when things go wrong'. I've been around a while now and when you are dealing with a company and something unexpected happens (which quite often in life it does) most companies simply can't cope. I don't normally write reviews or thank you letters, but after the service I received I thought I owed it to them. I'd just like to say a big thank you for the extra mile you went to sort out my problem, which occurred totally down to my own stupidity. I have never dealt with a company so passionate about their product before, the level of service I received went far beyond the call of duty. Thanks for your help, I would recommend you to anybody.
