I ordered a CD on February 25th. A month

I ordered a CD on February 25th. A month later, I have sent them 4 letters and all I got back was a reply to wait (almost 2 weeks ago). Have offered them to cancel my order and refund my money or to ship the CD. Worst part is that they do not respond. Maybe the fact that they are in Singapore gives them problems understanding English??? Stay away. Pay the extra pound.
