Good reviews on website and when I

Good reviews on website and when I called very friendly and efficient. Informed I would be notified within 5-10 days when goods become available and delivery could be arranged. Meanwhile credit card charged immediately. However on Day Eight I was called to say that this is a new model and they couldn't sell this model until all old stock had been cleared. On website the price had increased by £40 also. I requested a refund as I didn't want the old model. 3 days later still no refund.
