    Ordered a fridge in the run up to Christmas as an emergency. They told me that it would be delivered on 23rd December. I did not want to take a chance as this was very close to Christmas so arranged to collect on 20th. It was ready for me to take away when I arrived. All round good service, and I saved about £60.     Having placed an order with Redhill Appliances I was informed our Chest Freezer was in stock and delivery would be in 2 weeks.. Excellent.     Great service from start to finish. I ordered a Zanussi washing machine on Saturday night and received a call on Sunday to confirm my order and to arrange delivery for Thursday. I was even given a 3 hour time slot that was kept to and the driver rang me 30 minutes before he arrived so I did not have to take time off work. Ordered a washing machine and dishwasher so not a small order - goods were just dumped outside the house although we had paid to have our old ones taken away. We had also arranged for installation of the washing machine through the store and had also made it clear to them that we lived in a split level apartment and that the washing machine was on the lower ground floor.
