I ordered an out-of-stock item (Humax PVR-9200T). They phoned me as soon as it came in, and delivered promptly. The item was unfortunately faulty, but they nearly always answered the phone promptly, and always returned calls. I was put directly into contact with their support engineers, who were knowledgable and open. When we had agreed that the item was faulty, they arranged an exchange quickly and conveniently. Excellent after-sales service. Well done Martin Dawes!
