Firstly you will find a rather long wait

Firstly you will find a rather long wait for the phone to be answered (I waited 10mins). Then when you ask if the flooring is in stock they will automatically tell you yes it is, until you go to order it and you find thats it's NOT (You are now on the phone 20mins). Then you will get a telephone call from someone who likes to shout and be abusive called Darren (The owner) but dosen't like it when you give hime back as good as he gets and then decides because you didn't treat him like God (because as he owns the company he deserves to be) he then threatens to cancel your order. All in all I would not reccomend anyone to go near them as there are far better companies on the market who actually appreciate your business. 1/10
