Pleased with the order process. Easy to find the flooring I wanted and there was a good amount of stock.

I ordered late on Thursday night and requested a Monday delivery, as you do have to tell then when you want it delivered at the time of ordering, and it must be 48 hours after you place the order.

Telephoned them on Friday, as I forgot to add something to the order, and although they confirmed they would add it on, it was not done. They also advised that they could not deliver on the Monday, but would do so on Tuesday.

Order arrived on time.
