Firstly you will find a rather long wait for the phone to be answered (I waited 10mins). Then when you ask if the flooring is in stock they will automatically tell you yes it is, until you go to order it and you find thats it's NOT (You are now on the phone 20mins). Then you will get a telephone call from someone who likes to shout and be abusive called Darren (The owner) but dosen't like... Read Full Review »

Pleased with the order process. Easy to find the flooring I wanted and there was a good amount of stock.

I ordered late on Thursday night and requested a Monday delivery, as you do have to tell then when you want it delivered at the time of ordering, and it must be 48 hours after you place the order.
