I tried to order for delivery to

I tried to order for delivery to Switzerland but they cannot export, then I called, then I order to our office in London, then they confirmed, then they confirmed that the money has been taken from my VISA card, then, after some days when we logged in, we saw, that my order has been canceled - but I did not get any email.
It is truely the worst shopping experience I ever had on the Internet.
