Checked on the day of delivery that product had been shipped. Told that there was a problem with my card even though all the details supplied were correct when read back to me. Also told that the item was out of stock even though the website indicated that the item was in stock, offerd a different machine (I wanted this specific printer) and told stock would not be available for another 14 days. Poor customer service, they claimed to have 2530dl printer in stock but on the day when it was supposed to be delivered they informed me that the printer was on back order and will be delivered with 3 days delay. I will never use this store again. Read Full Review »

Superb service from start to finish,

Superb service from start to finish, from talking to the sales rep, delivery next day and on top of that a great price. Also the courier failed to deliver the cable for 2 days so I rang Printerland and they sent me a new cable immediately at no extra charge which arrived before the courier could get its act together.
