After being let down by another company I found Printerland on the internet - the website was easy to navigate, although I had a technical query about parts so phoned the order through. The staff were friendly and helpful, and concerned that I purchased the right ones. Next day delivery was promised for two printers and two accessories and arrived. I ordered a HP 3600 Colour Laser

I ordered a HP 3600 Colour Laser printer, which they kept promising and promising but they never came up with the goods. I doubt very much that they had it in stock at the price they quoted (from European stock they said) and refused to give me one they had in stock (from the UK stock they said) because they would lose money on the order. Well they lost the order anyway.

Wow, thats all i need to say!
Ordered a colour printer from printerland online via kelkoo early afternoon last thursday but realised later that i needed a networked version of the same model. Gave printerland a call later in the afternoon and changed my order. Amazingly my new printer still arrived before 12 the following day.

I guess what I'm going to write pretty much reflects what everyone else has already said so far!
I ordered too late in the evening to have next day delivery, but one of the staff called to confirm the invoice and shipping addresses were correct. Wonderful! Something Parcel Force couldn't do; they lost my package for over a week!
