They failed totally and seem to have no regard for customer service or even basic honesty. They did not deliver a printer listed as available, but still took the money from my bank account. They did not inform me within their 5-day quoted delivery and did not return or reply to repeated phone calls. I just hope they refund my money. Read Full Review »

I recently purchased a minolta printer from Printerland. They were very helpful and had a good knowledge of the printer i wanted. I found the website very easy to use. Easy to navigate (which is perfect for technophobes like myself)

I ordered a colour printer for my office

I ordered a colour printer for my office from Printerland because they are the cheapest and it was in stock. The printer arrived the following morning before 12. I contacted this company on reccomendation, although unsure of what printer i needed, I felt able to ask questions and was not made to feel inadequate. I bought the suggested model,it arrived very quickly and was even given further advice when I misunderstood an instruction. This was late on monday afternoon but I was told it would be with me the following day which I thought was surprised me. ordered printer on tuesday afternoon online. Rang up wednesday morning to get tracking number for printer(to see if i would be in or not at the time of delivery), person was very helpful on the phone and gave me all the details i needed to track the parcel.
by this time the courier was at my door with my printer!
invoice arrived a day later.

very fast efficient service.
