I was interested in buying a Xerox

I was interested in buying a Xerox Phaser 8560 solid ink printer which was a technology I wasn't familiar with. Printerland's website thoughtfully gave me the option to order (free of charge) a sample print pack which I received the very next day. I was impressed enough with the print sample and the reviews of the model to place an order.

Although the website seemed clear and simple for taking orders, I had a couple of questions I wanted to ask so I called Printerland and spoke to a very helpful young lady. She answered what I wanted to know and took my order over the phone promising that the printer would be delivered to me the next day.

Sure enough it landed by noon in immaculate condition, was unpacked and installed on my network within 20 minutes. The printer itself is fantastic and I couldn't ask for better service from a supplier. An after-sales call to make sure that everything was working well was the icing on the cake.

After having spent nearly 20 years in IT, I've dealt with a good number of suppliers and wish I'd come across Printerland sooner. From my experience I'd strongly recommend them as a company to deal with and the Xerox Phaser 8560 is a fantastic bit of kit, certainly a superior replacement for the colour laser that was there before.

In summary 10/10.
