I guess what I'm going to write

I guess what I'm going to write pretty much reflects what everyone else has already said so far!
I ordered too late in the evening to have next day delivery, but one of the staff called to confirm the invoice and shipping addresses were correct. Wonderful! Something Parcel Force couldn't do; they lost my package for over a week!

It's the first time I've used Printerland and their service was very slick, prices are the best I've seen and the fabulous 3yr warranty on my Brother MFC-8860DN (which is just brilliant, by the way) makes it all the more attractive a purchase.

Talking about service; I sent an email to Printerland just after 5pm today querying the warranty promotion, not expecting a reply until sometime tomorrow - the response time was just FOUR MINUTES! :)

Today is a good day.
