Checked on the day of delivery that

Checked on the day of delivery that product had been shipped. Told that there was a problem with my card even though all the details supplied were correct when read back to me. Also told that the item was out of stock even though the website indicated that the item was in stock, offerd a different machine (I wanted this specific printer) and told stock would not be available for another 14 days. No one had made any attempt to contact me to check card details or advise that there was no stock. Very poor customer service.
