Price appeared great. Service was disappointing. After 7 days I rang to chase the order and told there was a query with the order as it was an overseas billing address. I was promised I would receive the order the next day. This didnt happen. Rang two days later and the order was still on hold and someone had apparently tried to ring and leave a message. Order was put on one side - despite the fact that an e-mail address, business and mobile number were quoted. My urgent e-mail had been ignored and the goods were still not despatched. I have now cancelled and re-ordered from elsewhere and even ending up getting it cheaper.
