I Ordered an Epson C1100 around 4 months

I Ordered an Epson C1100 around 4 months ago when they had a good deal on. They phoned me to tell me they had none in stock and whether I would like to cancel my order and try someplace else in which I declined. I am still waiting for the order 4 months after, even after trying to get in contact with them.
