I ordered a colour laser printer in

I ordered a colour laser printer in December, and towards the end of February it still hasn't arrived. I have emailed the company several times, no reply. I called them - and was informed Epson refuse to deliver to them. Yet, the website continues to state "in stock".

I was disappointed that they failed to reply, or to keep me updated.
