I expected delivery within 3 days.

I expected delivery within 3 days. Nothing arrived so I called them. An unfriendly voice told me that they were out of stock and somebody should have called. No apology or excuse given. After being pushed he told me it would be 7 to 10 days but wouldn't say if that was from the original order or the date of my phone call.

I phoned again 7 days later but at least I was expecting the offhand treatment. I was told it would be another 4 days before they were received. Still no apology, friendliness or customer service.

Wish I hadn't bothered.
