You may be initially surprised by their

You may be initially surprised by their prices and so you should be. On the two times I attempted to purchase items from Printerland (or should I say, had completed the order with printerland) I was told that the item was discontinued. They were kind enough of course to suggest I upgrade to a costlier model though, so it's not all bad I suppose...

Perhaps large companies receive stellar service from this retailer, but for the individual customer Printerland appears largely a waste of time.
