Ordered on-line and got a processing

Ordered on-line and got a processing confirmation email.

But next day there was an answer-phone message to call back and it seems they don't have, and won't have, have any stock. At least they told me but an email would have got to me sooner.

I supppose leaving a good offer up attracts customers, but it puts me off the store.
