Printerland

I guess you should never buy on price if

I guess you should never buy on price if you have reliable existing relationships, but Printerland took just short of a month to deliver a printer which was 'in stock' and, over a month since ordering, I'm still waiting for a bog standard HP warranty. Customer Service is terrible, no call backs, no information, no replies to emails! Yet, they managed to take payment for it to appear on my credit card statement only two days after I placed the order. Now I need to chase a refund...

My advice: Buy from a known vendor and avoid Printerland.
