They failed totally and seem to have no

They failed totally and seem to have no regard for customer service or even basic honesty. They did not deliver a printer listed as available, but still took the money from my bank account. They did not inform me within their 5-day quoted delivery and did not return or reply to repeated phone calls. I just hope they refund my money.
